Oregon psilocybin service centers: 20 licensed, prices compared

What the state requires before your session

The rules as Oregon publishes them, with the rule numbers. They describe what the centre and facilitator must do; they are not an assessment of whether you can take part, which is for you and your facilitator.

   21 or older, with photo ID

   A service centre may serve only clients 21 or older, and staff and the facilitator must check a valid, unexpired government photo ID before any sale or service. (OAR 333-333-4490 and 333-333-6000(2))

   A preparation session first

   Your facilitator must hold a private preparation session with you at least 24 hours and no more than 90 days before your first administration session, and review the informed consent document and the Client Bill of Rights with you. (OAR 333-333-5000(1), (2) and (8))

   The state's client information form

   You complete the Oregon Health Authority's own client information form with your facilitator before the administration session. It asks yes-or-no questions set in the rule; how the answers are handled is a matter for you and your facilitator, not this website. (OAR 333-333-5050)

   No more than 50 mg

   A client may not consume more than 50 mg of psilocybin analyte in an administration session or in 24 hours, initial and secondary doses combined. The minimum length of the session depends on the dose, up to six hours for 35 to 50 mg. (OAR 333-333-5240(1); OAR 333-333-5250(1))

   A plan to get home without driving

   Your facilitator must complete a signed transportation plan with you. It may not approve you to drive, cycle or use other self-operated transport after the session. (OAR 333-333-5000(5) and 333-333-5150)

   Consent and records stay at the centre

   The centre and facilitator may not disclose anything that identifies you without your consent on the state's form, and client records are kept at the service centre (or a secured cloud platform it controls). (OAR 333-333-4810 and 333-333-4820)

   Fees in writing, product listed separately

   Fees for psilocybin products must be listed separately from the preparation, administration and integration sessions, prices separately from tax, and the fee documents must be given to you before any money is collected. What the state reports

Clients served, adverse reactions, emergency calls and people refused service, as the state publishes them.

Self-reported by service centres each quarter under SB 303. Clients can opt out of the data, and OHA suppresses any figure under 12. A dash means OHA did not publish that figure for the period. Of the 258 refusals in 2025, OHA counted 147 as ineligible and 94 as inconsistent with the centre's business model. Read 27 Oct 2026; OHA data dashboard.

State orders against listed centres

The Oregon Health Authority publishes its final orders. 8 of the listed centres have one or more: 14 orders in all. 11 of them are civil penalties of $500 to $1,000 for filing the quarterly client data report late or not at all, which concerns reporting to the state, not anyone's care. The others, in the orders' own terms:

• Bend Inner Alchemy, 26 Sep 2025, dosing and product handling: Default final order, $3,500 civil penalty. The order finds that on 21 June 2024 a client in an individual session received 70 to 85 mg of psilocybin analyte, above the state maximum of 50 mg per session (OAR 333-333-5240(1)), and that licensee representatives changed secondary doses for 8 group clients mid-session, hand-ground whole fungi into tea and did not use consent forms or sealed packaging (OAR 333-333-5170). • Immersive Therapies, 10 Oct 2025, support-person plans: Final order after a contested hearing (OAH 2025-OHA-18426), penalty affirmed: $500 civil penalty because clients' support persons were present at a group administration session on 14 September 2024 without the written support-person plans the rules require (OAR 333-333-5070(3)). • Space Clinic, Aug 2025, contents not read: The Oregon Health Authority's final orders page lists a default final order against Space Clinic, LLC dated August 2025. The order's PDF did not open when we checked on 27 October 2026, so its content is not summarised here. Listed under our public record policy, the same for every centre. Orders against centres that have since closed are not listed, because those centres are not.

Licensed facilitators

OHA counted 388 approved facilitator licences on 1 Sep 2026. Its directory lists only facilitators who agreed to be listed (347 when we read it on 27 Oct 2026), with no licence number or city, so we do not republish it. Search Oregon's facilitator directory or check a licence number on OHA's licence status search.
