Every healing centre licensed by the Colorado Department of Revenue's Natural Medicine Division that we can list, side by side: licence number and status (checked against the state record on 27 Oct 2026), the lowest price each publishes and what it includes, whether the psilocybin product is billed separately, and any state orders. 34 of the 47 publish a price; 15 say their lowest individual price is all-in.

The rules as Colorado publishes them, with the rule numbers. They describe what the centre and facilitator must do; they are not an assessment of whether you can take part, which is for you and your facilitator.

21 or older
A participant in natural medicine services is, by definition in both of Colorado's rulebooks, a person 21 years of age or older. (1 CCR 213-1, Rule 1025 (Participant); 4 CCR 755-1, definitions (Participant))

A preparation session first
For doses over 2 mg, your facilitator must complete a preparation session with you at least 24 hours and no more than 60 days before your first administration session. For a group session, at least one preparation session must be held with you individually. (4 CCR 755-1, Rule 6.16(M) and 6.16(A))

Screening and consent, by your facilitator
Before or during the preparation session the facilitator must perform a comprehensive screening and document your informed consent, including the safety plan and any physical touch. (4 CCR 755-1, Rules 6.16(F) and 6.5)

A plan to get home safely
The facilitator must keep a completed transportation plan for every participant, and the signed discharge plan must include a safe way home from the healing centre. (4 CCR 755-1, Rules 6.3(B)(4) and 6.15)

The full cost before services
Facilitators must disclose the full cost of natural medicine services, including session fees and the medicine, and their refund and cancellation terms, before services begin. The first integration session may not be charged separately. (4 CCR 755-1, Rules 6.15(C)(1), 6.5(G) and 6.19(A))

Your details stay confidential
A facilitator may not disclose a participant's or prospective participant's personally identifiable information to third parties without prior consent, and healing centres must keep participant information confidential. (4 CCR 755-1, Rule 6.4(B); 1 CCR 213-1, Rule 3005(G))

Healing centres report session data once a year, with their licence renewal. These 2025 figures are voluntary early data the Division asked for, not a complete count. No adverse-reaction, emergency-call or refusal figures had been published when we checked. Counties with sessions: Boulder, Douglas, Eagle, Jefferson, Pitkin. The Natural Medicine Division also reported 27 site visits, 19 complaints and 0 adverse health event reports through its online form in 2025 (source). Read 27 Oct 2026.
State orders against listed centres
No disciplinary order against a licensed Colorado healing centre had been published when we checked the Natural Medicine Division's look-up on 27 Oct 2026: it shows no suspended or revoked centre. Colorado does not publish facilitator discipline in bulk. Centres that surrendered or withdrew a licence are not listed here.
Licensed facilitators
Colorado publishes every licensed facilitator. 193 hold an active licence (99 clinical facilitators and 94 facilitators), not counting facilitators in training. Every licensed Colorado facilitator, by city, with licence number and the state's look-up.
How Peyote.com is paid here
Booking requests are free. Peyote.com booking fee: none. You pay Peyote.com nothing. You pay the centre directly for its sessions and the psilocybin product, and any tax. Peyote.com never takes or holds that money.
No commission from centres. Oregon and Colorado centres and facilitators pay Peyote.com no commission and no per-booking fee. The order of every list is never for sale, except the labelled flat-fee Featured placement. A centre can pay $149 a month per centre for Featured placement, which puts it first and labels it "Featured" wherever it appears; every other centre is listed A to Z.
Why. In Colorado, an agreement to receive part of a healing centre's revenue makes the recipient an "Owner" who needs a state Owner License and may have an interest in no more than five natural medicine businesses, and facilitators may not pay healing centres, facilitators or health professionals for referrals. Is psilocybin legal in Colorado?

Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act (Proposition 122, 2022), as amended by SB23-290, lets the Department of Revenue's Natural Medicine Division license healing centres, with facilitators licensed separately. The division issued its first healing centre licence on 31 March 2025. Natural medicine currently means psilocybin and psilocyn, and the statute excludes peyote by name. Psilocybin remains a Schedule I substance under federal law.
What the sources say
- Voters approved Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act, in November 2022. It added Article 170 to Title 12 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. (Colorado Secretary of State, 2022; Colorado Lawyer (Colorado Bar Association))
- SB23-290 (Natural Medicine Regulation and Legalization) was signed on 23 May 2023. It amends C.R.S. 12-170 (facilitators, regulated by the Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations) and creates C.R.S. 44-50 (natural medicine businesses, regulated by the Department of Revenue Natural Medicine Division). - Peyote is excluded by statute: "'Mescaline' does not include peyote, meaning all parts of the plant classified botanically as Lophophora williamsii Lemaire, whether growing or not; its seeds; any extract from any part of the plant, and every compound, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant; or its seeds or extracts." - The Natural Medicine Division began granting licences on or before 31 December 2024, as the statute required. It issued Colorado's first healing center licence to The Center Origin on 31 March 2025, and noted that operations also depend on local approvals and on licensed cultivation and testing.
